Bandel Boys Ride Around

At 9:00 am Thursday, July 12, photographer Dan Bandel and his son Rhiley Bandel departed Canyon Road, Santa Fe for a ten day adventure in the Southwest. To prepare for the trip, Rhiley spent his few days off from a 28 days, 10 hours per day job in Valdez, Alaska to take motorcycle classes while Dan ferried two motorcycles from Charlotte and Nashville to Santa Fe. Dan is riding Stella Grey and Rhiley’s motorcycle is Veronica Dark. The loose route is through Abiquiu, NM (Ghost Ranch), Durango, CO, Silverton, CO, Vernal, UT, Jackson, WY, and Yellowstone National Park.
